| I am writing this letter to commend Sarah Goodwin for a really terrific job she did throughout the whole sales process. We have been involved in the purchase and sale of 3 homes now and also the purchase of land. That is a total of 7 transactions. In all those encounters with a real estate agents and brokers, we have never been as effeciently, knowledgeably, or pleasantly served as we were by Sarah. When several small twists came up, we always knew she would be diligent, yet fair in her representation of our interests. We also came to rely on her opinion and judgement about various options or decisions that needed to be taken at different junctures.
